A turn-based strategy in which players play the role of Shingen Takeda or Nobunaga Ode to attempt to conquer the central regions of Japan during the Senegalese period. The game takes place in a turn-based system, focusing on state management, building an efficient economic system, exposing an invincible army and conquering areas belonging to hostile clans.

Nobunaga's Ambition is a turn-based strategy game developed by Koei Tecmo Games. It made its launch in Japan in 1983, and in 1995 the game come to PC (Windows 3.1), Sega Saturn and PlayStation. In 2016 it was re-released on PC (Steam) as part of the "Kou Shibusawa Archives" program, celebrating 35 years in the video games industry celebrated by the Japanese developer Kou Shibusawa.

Story

Nobunaga's Ambition enables the players to take on the role of a famous sengoku daimyo (1467-1573) - Nobunaga Oda or Shingen Takeda - to take part in the conquest of the central regions of Japan.
