NASCAR '15
Racing
May 22, 2015
Another installment in a popular series of racing games developed by Eutechnyx Software. One of the strengths of the game is the fact that it benefits from the license of the National Association for Stock Car Auto Racing. Thanks to that, the player competes against representations of real drivers, controlling real-life cars. The career mode constitutes the core of the experience. The player takes on the role of a beginner and competes for victory in Sprint Cup Series. Apart from that, the game features quick races and various multiplayer modes. NASCAR '15 differs from other racing games in mechanics, as racing takes place on oval tracks and in order to achieve success, the player has to be in possession of both a sufficiently powerful car and well-developed skills. The player is required to apply slipstreaming techniques, as well as to develop an advantageous pit-stop strategy. The experience is complemented by realistic driving physics and a polished system of car damage. NASCAR '15 offers decent-quality visuals.

NASCAR Heat 2
Racing
September 12, 2017
Another installment in the racing series developed by Monster Games - a reboot of the popular series started by the 2000's NASCAR Heat. The game does not introduce any significant changes to the gameplay mechanics, and the player once again gets to participate in NASCAR Sprint Cup Series and race on over twenty real-life tracks from the 2017 season. The gameplay builds on an elaborate career mode, in which the player not only has to win consecutive races but also manage their racing team. Developers did not forget about the multiplayer mode. Because of the possibility to chose between the arcade and simulation-like driving model, both the seasoned and beginning players can participate in the races. Similarly to the previous installments, the game acquired many official sponsors, thus NASCAR Heat 2 features real teams and racers.
