The next installment of a popular series of football games by the Tokyo branch of Konami. The production brings improved graphics, new game modes and a number of previously unavailable games for players. For the first time in the history of the cycle, clubs have appeared alongside the national teams.

The fourth installment of a series of football games launched in 1995 on Super Nintendo. ISS Pro Evolution brings a number of significant improvements in game mechanics, including new dribbling options and expanded one-touch pass mechanics. At the same time, the game introduces Master League mode, in which the players can create their dream team.

Mechanics

ISS Pro Evolution is a three-dimensional sports game that tries to faithfully reflect the realities of the discipline. A total of several dozen teams were prepared by the devs for football fans, including all the major national teams such as Brazil, Germany, Italy, Spain, England, France and Argentina. In addition, for the first time in the series, the game sixteen clubs that can be run in a dedicated Master League mode. The teams consists of twenty-two players and are in line with the actual 1997/1998 season lineup. Players can compete in ten stadiums that recreate real-life objects such as Wembley or Stamford Bridge.
