The next installment of the famous series of football games produced by EA Sports. The title actively uses the official license of the International Football Federation, FIFA, to play with thousands of players and hundreds of real clubs.

Prepared by EA Sports, the next part of the famous series, which brings to the screens of consoles and computers football struggles. The title brings a number of novelties, thanks to which it simulates the struggles on the pitch even better.

FIFA 2000 allows you to play with clubs from sixteen leagues, including the English Premier League, Spanish Primera Division, German Bundesliga or Italian Serie A, as well as the Major League Soccer, which has been present in the history of the American Major League for the first time. There are also single clubs from different parts of the world, a dozen or so representations, as well as classic teams created especially for this edition. Among them are the legendary teams of Argentina in 1978, Hungary in 1954, AC Milan in 88/90 and Real Madrid in the mid-20th century.

A novelty in this version is the ability to play the seasons one by one, and thus fight for the national championship, promotion to the European cups or avoid degradation to a lower class in the case of the weaker eleven. The title also allows you to traditionally organize your own struggles in league or tournament format and select teams according to your liking.

The authors have refined collision mechanics and physics, as well as increasing the number of animations for players, which contributes to a more realistic picture of the matches. Heavy injuries have been introduced, which can be suffered by players after particularly brutal attacks, as well as more difficult takeovers and shoulder repulsions, so that the fight for football is more like a real situation on the pitch.

Technical issues

FIFA 2000 is a three-dimensional football game, which develops a proven graphic engine with new details. Meetings are commented by John Motson, Mark Lawrenson and Chris Waddle. The soundtrack of the game includes works by Robbie Williams, Apollo 440 or Elite Force.
