Half Sword Description
Half Sword is a brawler in which we play medieval knights and take part in bloody one-on-one clashes with the use of white weapons. The production was developed by independent Georgian studio Half Sword Games and is its debut project.
Gameplay
Half Sword takes us to the 15th century. While playing, we watch the action from a third-person (TPP) or first-person (FPP) perspective. We enter duels and knightly tournaments wielding one of the types of white weapons, such as swords, halberds or axes. In addition, our character is clad in armor, which can protect (to a greater or lesser extent) his entire body or only its sensitive parts.
The combat system implemented in the game was based on physics and prepared in cooperation with experts and practitioners of fencing and other historical martial arts from Europe. During duels blood is shedding thickly, and cutting off limbs or decapitations are the order of the day. As a result, every duel can be the last (both for you and your opponent).
However, the risk pays off, because as you progress you not only climb the ranks of the knightly career, but also accumulate funds that allow you to buy better weapons and armor, and thus significantly increase your chances for success.
