Fantasy General II is a turn-based battle strategy in a fantasy climate, which is a continuation of the cult production from the 90s of the last century. The fun is focused on fighting with a wide range of units.
Fantasy General II is a turn-based strategy game focusing on large scale battles. The game was developed by Owned by Gravity. It is a continuation of the classic Fantasy General by Strategic Simulations Inc. (SSI) from 1996, which was the spin-off of the hit Panzer General franchise.
Plot
The game takes us back to the fantasy land of Aer. The action begins three hundred years after the events of the first installment of the game. We play as the son of the leader of one of the barbarian tribes. We will have to prove our war talents to our father and clan council by fighting the armies of the Empire, supported by the forces of darkness and the border clans on his side.
Mechanics
Just like the original, Fantasy General II is focused on large scale turn-based battles. The players can command more than 75 types of units, including both regular troops and powerful heroes with many unique abilities.
In our army there are both people and fantasy beings. The use of spells and magical equipment will also play an important role. The course of battles is also affected by such elements as terrain, the morale of the army and its equipment, as well as magic.
During the campaign, our subordinates gather experience. Therefore, the key element is to limit losses during battles, as fallen veterans are replaced by less effective rookies.

Fantasy General II offers both a single-player and a multiplayer mode that enables us to challenge other players.
