The game will take us back to the fantasy land of Aer. The action will start three hundred years after the events of the first part. We will play the role of the son of a chief of one of the barbarian tribes. We will have to prove our war talents to our father and clan council, fighting the armies of the Empire, supported by the forces of darkness.
Like the original, Fantasy General II will concentrate on large-scale turn-based battles. The players will be able to command more than 75 types of units, including both regular troops and powerful heroes with many unique abilities. The course of the battles will be influenced by such elements as terrain, the morale of the army and their equipment and magic.
During the campaign our subordinates will gather experience. Therefore, the key element is to limit losses during skirmishes, as fallen veterans will be replaced by much less effective newcomers. Our army will include people as well as fantastic beings. The use of spells and magical equipment will also play a key role.
