Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth is an RPG developed for PS4 and PSV. The game takes place in the fictional world known from the popular anime series. It was developed by Media.Vision and published by Bandai Namco.

Plot

The PS4 and PSV version of Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth takes place in the not-too-distant-future, where the line between the real and digital world is no longer clear. A crisis in the real, human world has strong impact on the Digital World. The player must face thirteen powerful Royal Knights (including Gallantmon, Mangamon, UlforceVeedramon, Gankoomon and Jesmon) – warrior Digimons, who intend to invade the real world and solve the problem with force.

Mechanics

The title offers more than 200 types of Digimons. The player can raise and train them. More powerful and advanced forms of these digital monsters are being gradually unlocked as the player progresses through the game. The gameplay is primarily focused on turn-based battles. The title enables the player to combine attacks into much more powerful combos.

Technical aspects

The graphics of Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth for PS4 and PSV use style that is similar to the one used in the popular anime series. The visuals of the game are very colorful and they are filled with spectacular animations of battles between the Digimons.
