Defense Technica

Defense Technica is a tower defense strategy. The game was developed by Kuno Interactive studio.

Players take on the role of a commander who has to fight off the invasion of biomechanical monsters on his own. Fortunately, no one requires him to do it by himself. Instead, it is equipped with technology that allows it to build defensive structures and equipment in no time. During the campaign we fight on the streets of futuristic cities, in the ruins of underground structures and on the surfaces of levitating islands and orbital stations. During the game we will have to face nine types of enemies divided into three classes. Each opponent species has different strengths and weaknesses.

The authors developed their work as a production for tower defense fans, who are not afraid of high level of difficulty. The player's task on each board is to defend the core of the energetic base against hordes of monsters, whose bodies have been reinforced with numerous mechanical elements. We do this mainly by erecting watchtowers. A total of forty types are available, divided into eight classes. All models can be upgraded and modified by mounting additional parts on them.

The three-dimensional character of the maps plays an important role during battles. The levels are strongly corrugated, which affects both the movements of the opponents and the way in which structures and defensive devices are maintained. In addition, during the game the terrain undergoes drastic changes, which forces a quick modification of defensive plans. What's more, enemies are equipped with an Artificial Intelligence module that allows them to cleverly find alternative paths to their destination. There is also a dynamic weather system, strongly influencing the course of battles.
