A special edition of the Crazy Taxi series, created from scratch for mobile platforms. In the game we get to a vast metropolis and employ ourselves in a taxi corporation. The game boils down to rushing to breaking the neck in successive streets and delivering customers in the most effective and fastest way possible.

Crazy Taxi: City Rush is the first installment of the Crazy Taxi arcade series, created from scratch for AND and iOS mobile devices. The work of Kenji Kanno, father of the series, and Hardlight Studios (Sonic Dash, Sonic Jump), in which we play the role of a crazy taxi driver, was made available in freemium model. The publisher of the game was SEGA, known primarily for its Sonic series.

Mechanics

The title is a return to the roots of the series. The players sit behind the wheel of a taxi and deliver the hurrying inhabitants of a vast metropolis to the places they have indicated. Each successful ride results in bonus time, enabling us to prolong the game and increase the chance for a great score.

The game does not lack the classic arrow, indicating the right direction, and the ability to perform a variety of risky actions, including tricks, thanks to which we can expect additional tips. A number of changes have been made to the controls system, which has been simplified so as to be playable with one hand. As a result, control over the taxi was limited to changing the lane and performing the aforementioned dangerous actions.
