Hybrid arcade racing game and a simple economic strategy, realized on the basis of a license of the popular movie Cars. The core of the game is the spectacular races, played in different sceneries and the construction of your own Radiator Springs.

Cars: Fast as Lightning was developed by Gameloft under the license of a popular film Cars. The game was released on the AND, iOS and WP platforms, where it is distributed in a free to play model with microtransactions.

Mechanics

Cars: Fast as Lightning is a hybrid of a racing game and a simple economic strategy. The core of the game is a spectacular competition in which our goal is to complete a specified track, full of various traps and obstacles and to cross the finish line in the first place. We have 20 different vehicles at our disposal, divided into four classes: Radiator Springs Cars, Tuner Cars, Spy Cars, and International Racers. Individual cars can be customized both mechanically and visually, and are modeled after the protagonists of the movie, such as Francesco or Lightning McQueen. In addition, the player has the ability to expand Radiator Springs - it is their responsibility not only to build new, interactive buildings (among the 30 available constructions we will find the iconic Fillmore's Taste-In and Luigi's Casa Della Tires) but also to plan their own tracks.

Technical aspects

Cars: Fast as Lightning is characterized by high-quality three-dimensional visuals, reminiscent of the film original. An additional attraction is the presence of voice actors known from the movie, led by Owen Wilson in the role of Lightning McQueen.
