Breachers

Breachers is a VR multiplayer FPS, in which two five-player teams, defenders and attackers, battle for dominance on numerous maps.

Mechanics

The gameplay is shown from the first-person perspective. Each match involves 10 players, divided into two teams at the start of the game: attackers (enforcers) and defenders (revolters). Both teams must eliminate all enemies, having an extra objective as well: the attackers must defuse bombs while the defenders must defend them. The maps are densely packed with objects, meaning battles usually take place at short distance. Co-operation and careful planning is thus crucial to victory.

The players have various kinds of equipment at their disposal, helpful during offense, defense or with movement. We can climb and blow up walls, enter buildings through windows, barricade doors, rig passageways with explosives, set up energy emitting shields or motion detectors. All this gives us many possibilities when planning the battle, meaning mastering a map requires much trial and error.
