A spin-off to the bestselling Batman game series that started in 2009 and is expanded ever since by Warner Bros. This installment is a mobile strategy game in which the player faces the Dark Knight himself and other law enforcers in Gotham city while trying to transform the metropolis into an actual criminal den. During the game the player assumes the role of a mafia boss who intends to become the king of Gotham City’s criminal underworld.

Batman: Arkham Underworld is a strategy game developed for mobile platforms with AND and iOS. In the game, the player faces Batman and Gotham City’s law enforces while trying to transform the famous metropolis into a den of criminals. The game was developed by Turbine studios, authors of the MOBA game Infinite Crisis.
In Batman: Arkham Underworld, the player tries to become the king of Gotham City’s underworld. In order to achieve this goal, he builds his hideout, recruits criminals and trains them so that they follow their orders. During most of the game one completes various missions that gradually transform Gotham into the most dangerous city in the world.
Many famous supervillains, including the Riddler, Harley Quinn and Killer Croc help in achieving this goal. Not only is the police trying to prevent that, but Batman does it as well. What’s interesting, in Batman: Arkham Underworld it is possible to eliminate the Dark Knight if player’s criminal empire becomes large enough.
