Assassin's Creed Chronicles: Trilogy Description
Assassin's Creed Chronicles: Trilogy is a compilation of three Assassin's Creed spin-offs developed by Climax Studios. The set includes Assassin's Creed Chronicles: China, Assassin's Creed Chronicles: India and Assassin's Creed Chronicles: Russia.
Story
Action of the individual games included in Assassin's Creed Chronicles: Trilogy takes place in different historical settings. Assassin's Creed Chronicles: China takes players on a journey to the 16th century China (the main character of the game is Shao Jun, who was completed his training with Ezio Auditore himself); the story told in Assassin's Creed Chronicles: India takes place in India in 1841 (the player takes control of Arbaaz Mir, who found himself in the middle of the conflict between the British and the Sikh Empire); in Assassin's Creed Chronicles: Russia, we visit the Russian Empire in 1918 (the Assassin Nikolai Orelov has a role to play in the civil war unleashed by the Bolsheviks and the Tzarist opposition).
Mechanics
Individual productions from the Assassin's Creed Chronicles: Trilogy set draw on the legacy of the main installments of the series. However, due to the fact that this time we are dealing with 2.5D platform games, the gameplay formula developed for them required some changes and improvements. Therefore, although the heroes are still able to fight in close combat, there is a bonus for stealth actions and silent elimination of opponents or sneaking past their backs. As a rule, there is also the possibility of climbing the elements of the surroundings and performing spectacular acrobatics, and the unique landmarks make travelling through successive locations even more attractive - such as the Saint Basil's Cathedral, Taj Mahal or even the Great Wall of China.
Technical aspects
Assassin's Creed Chronicles: Trilogy is powered by the UbiArt Framework technology, which also drives Child of Light and Rayman Legends, among other titles. Visuals of individual productions may find some fans - a separate mention should be made of the fact that each of the items can boast a slightly different visual style.
