The first person shooter is a summary of the adventures of brave Ellen Ripley from the first three parts of the film series. Alien Trilogy was created by Probe Entertainment studio. The game was launched in 1996.

Four years after the release of the third installment of the alien saga, Acclaim Entertainment, Inc. decided to produce a first-person shooter that would summarize the adventures of the brave Ellen Ripley. The Alien Trilogy PC and PS1 software was developed by Probe Entertainment studio. At the beginning of 1996 the game was ready and on the last day of February it finally reached the market.

The game was divided into three scripts, corresponding to specific episodes of the film trilogy. First we will visit the complex on the planet LV-426 (Aliens), then we will move to the prison on Fiorina 161 (Alien 3), and finally fight the final battle with the Xenomorphs on the spacecraft Nostromo (Alien). All missions have been divided into several smaller sections, where we have a specific task to perform. In addition to the extermination of all monsters typical of shooting, sometimes it is necessary to find an object or turn on the machinery that supplies power to the next section. At the end of each episode, Ripley must fight a duel with the alien queen. As you can easily guess, in total three such battles await us.
