Created by Blazing Badger, AIPD is a co-op top-down twin-stick shooter resembling the classic arcade hits from the 80s. In the game you control futuristic police ships. Within limited time you have to destroy as many increasingly stronger enemies as you can. You can modify your ship between the missions, adjusting not only its appearance, but also parameters such as agility, firepower, or shields.

AIPD is a top-down coop twin-stick shooter. It consists in a classic, dynamic gameplay, while its visuals strongly resemble those seen in the titles of the 80s. The game for PC, PS4 and XONE is developed by Blazing Badger.

Gameplay

AIPD has no plot – the player takes control of the police ship with the objective of destroying the enemies within the time limits. Between missions you can adjust your ship’s appearance and parameters such as maneuverability, firepower, or shield strength. The enemies are equipped with all kinds of enhancements – each wave makes it is more difficult to beat them. As the new week begins, some challenges and game modes are randomly generated, customized. Thanks to all the options available, the number of combinations that make the gameplay distinctive can reach even 100 000. The number of enemies you choose to fight, or the damage they inflict - will change the way you play every stage.

Technical aspects

Even though gameplay in AIPD on PC, PS4 and XONE is modern, the visuals pay a homage to the neon-art style titles of the 80s. Together with a dynamic and pumping soundtrack, a clear contrast between black and vivid, flashy colours create a characteristic atmosphere.
