A two-dimensional arcade shoot'em up game. First serious commercial production created by the British studio Out of Bound Games. The plot of Laser Disco Defenders is set in a cartoonish sci-fi realm where the main characters defend the world against various threats. Our protagonists must retrieve a powerful artifact called Mirror Moon that had been stolen by evil Lord Monotone, who plans to use it for his (evil) purposes.

Laser Disco Defenders on PS4, PC and PSV is a two-dimensional shoot 'em up. British studio Out of Bounds Games is responsible for creating the game. Laser Disco Defenders is the developer's first major commercial project, which previously published only two PC productions - Connected Caves and Turncoat Protocol, distributed outside the largest digital distribution services.

Story

The production was set in the cartoon world of science fiction. The main characters are Laser Disco Defenders - a group of superheroes, equipped with fantastic gadgets and defending the world against various threats. Troubles come when the angry Lord Monotone steals Mirror Moon. This is a powerful artifact, which is an award in an interactive music competition and allows music to be transmitted to every corner of the universe. Protagonists have no choice - they must recover the item before Monotone uses it for evil purposes. The whole story is presented in interludes, displayed between levels.
