Another major expansion for Star Wars: The Old Republic. It was developed by BioWare, the creators of such series as Baldur’s Gate, Dragon Age, and Mass Effect. Star Wars: The Old Republic - Knights of the Eternal Throne was announced in July 2016 at the annual Star Wars Celebration. The add-on, the launch of which coincides with the fifth anniversary of the vanilla game’s launch, features a new story, an extensive story campaign, a number of optional quests and side activities, as well as some entirely new possibilities.

Another big, story-driven expansion to Star Wars: The Old Republic, a popular MMORPG created by Bioware in 2011. Like previous expansions, Knights of the Fallen Empire introduces a new chapter in the history of the Old Republic and the Sith Empire. This time, the story campaign and single player content is even more important than before. The DLC is focused on new adventures of an experienced war veteran, who represents one of the sides in the eternal conflict, as he or she faces yet another enemy, who shattered the established order of things. Other than the story, the expansion introduces new locations, missions, and items. Moreover, the character experience level cap was raised to 65, and the existing class campaigns were improved, so to increase the pace the of gameplay and make gathering experience and gear faster.

The second story expansion to the MMORPG Star Wars: The Old Republic. The title develops the story presented in the game and raises the experience level cap to 60. The story of the expansion pack focuses on the actions of Revan, a dark Jedi who, together with a group of loyal fanatics, attempts to destroy the Republic and the Sith Empire. The players, while on the side of one of the aforementioned factions, must stop the madman and fight for securing the status quo. The expansion pack takes place in two large locations – on the tropical planet Rishi and on the smuggler’s moon Yavin 4. The developers implemented many story quests, side quests and team quests (two Flashpoints and Operations), enabling the players to gain experience and combat abilities. The character development system was transformed as well – the skill tree is no more, replaced with a clean disciplines mechanics. In addition to that, the expansion pack features new weapons, clothes, schematics and vehicles.

Galactic Strongholds is the third free extension to the famous Star Wars: The Old Republic MMORPG from BioWare studio. This add-on focuses on giving players the opportunity to purchase title strongholds and decorate their interiors in a variety of ways. There were also other novelties, such as the option for guilds to build powerful flagships.
