Important choice #1
The first important choice that you make, in the game, is whether to take Finn along.
- Bring Finn along -Finn goes with you
- Leave Finn behind -Finn stays in the Night Watch
There are several slight differences in this episode. First of all, it should be noted that after you are attacked by Cotter's sister, Finn will stand up for you and a new dialogue option appears. However, it makes no difference, because both result in the same situation. Cotter greets his sister and you do not learn in this episode, what happens next. However, you can be certain that, if you leave Finn in the Night Watch, Frostfinger will have him beheaded for his having help you escape.
Important choice #2
Another important choice is deciding whether you want to bully the captured Gryff. You will be unable to kill him, because your own mother will stop you. In this episode, you notice no differences, when it comes to the choices, apart from the short cutscene, where the bleeding Gryff is thrown into the dungeon.
Important choice #3
The third important choice is the situation presented in the screenshot. This is where you can tell the truth about Sera to Lord Tarwick or lie to him. He wants to know whether Sera is a bastard, which Sera told you as a secret. In this episode, there are no consequences to this choice.
Important choice #4
Another important choice is the situation, in which Duncan asks about whether you want to take along soldiers of Glenmore, to house Whitehill. Regardless of your choice, the course of action in Highpoint is the same (you can call Whitehill a bluff). In both cases, after you return to Ironrath, you are alone and you meet Ramsay Snow and Talia.
Important choice #5
The last important choice takes place when Beskha wants to kill her former master in Meereen. You can either stop her or let her do that. The important thing here is that you vowed to Daenerys that you will be following Croft's orders or else she does not render any help to you.
