When you are back to Mo's garage, check the pile of rubble on the right, and you will find a picture of small Mo with her uncle, which will give Ben clues about the place where the girl might have hidden (the hero will also notice a forsaken camera, but since there is no tape in it, he will refuse to take it with him).

Move to the left (to the map), where you should mount the bike that has been left on the road (at the bottom, more or less in the middle). After chatting with the bartender and hearing some new revelations on the TV TV (if you click the eye icon on the reciever a couple of times - until Ripburger appears - you will get the News to Me achievement), talk to Emmet, who is sitting by the table on the right. (If you want to get the I Can Do That achievement, you have to ask him to do the pickfinger until he actually does it). Give him the badge you got from Miranda, and after a brief moment you will pass through the blockade hidden in his truck. When Emmet delivers Ben to the designated location, after he leaves, Ben will notice that Emmet nicked the fuel cord from his bike.

Enter the house on the right. Take a look at the banner above the bed. Pick up the pillow - you will find a wheel wrench under it. Treat the lock of the chest standing next to the bed to your newly found wrench - Ben will take a hose from it (achievement - Hosed),, in order to replace the stolen fuel cord.
