Production
The production of alcohol takes place in breweries and safe houses. At the beginning, you will receive one building of each type. They start at the lowest upgrade level. That means you won't be able to produce anything in them except the cheapest liquor and poison. Only over time can you make improvements that will allow you to create better liquors. However, you must remember that the selected building can produce solely one type of liquor.
In addition, you need to pay attention to the fact that the safehouses have a limited production and you can not put them more than one per district. That is why they do not work very well when it comes to alcohol production.
As you expand your empire, remember to build more and more breweries. To manage the production, use the "alcohol" tab located in the upper right corner of the screen.
You'll find four bookmarks there. In the first one, you can control the speed of production [1] and what kind of liquor is being produced [2].
To improve both parameters of the building, you need to click on the name of the object, so that the upgrade panel becomes visible.
Note, however, that after you have made an upgrade, you must manually change the type of drink produced - to do this, click on the pop-up drink icon in the first tab of the "alcohols" panel.
Also pay attention to the demand for these alcohols, which is located on the left side of the tab in question. By looking at it you will be able to determine what should be produced. You just need to remember that this is calculated based on what type of liquor you're selling in a particular district (for information on how the distribution process works, see the second subsection).
Always check the consumption of these types of alcohols to make adequate building upgrades. Each such improvement costs you a certain amount of money, so to avoid unnecessary expenses, purchase only the modifications that are crucial.
Excess alcohol will be stored. In the third tab "alcohol" you will find a breakdown of the stored drinks by type and place of storage.
Distribution
Any alcohol you make you must then sell. The distribution of alcohol takes place in illegal bars (Speakeasies), which you can open in the buildings you seize. However, if you do not fully control the district, then you have to reckon with competition from others. It is then important to choose the right alcohol to peddle.
Residents of different districts have different preferences when it comes to booze. Detailed information on this topic can be found in the second tab, in the "alcohols" panel. When you look in there, you'll see a list of the neighborhoods where you have businesses, along with the drinks preferred by local customers, and the spirits you sell. Moreover, clicking the icon of the product you offer will change its type.
If you tailor the liquor you sell to people's tastes, you'll gain a larger share of the neighborhood profits. Remember, if you are not producing enough alcohol of a particular type at a given time, you can set it as a priority in a particular district.
