GTAV is still incredibly popular, and the entry from 2004 – San Andreas – slowly disappears into oblivion (I mean, it has been 16 years) – although it's worth to that a fan-made multiplayer for that classic game, the SAMP, somewhat similar to GTA Online, is still functional. The last installments is of course an amazing game, but returning to Los Santos of the 90s is still a lot of fun. GTA: San Andreas Enhanced Edition makes this experience a lot more enjoyable.
The mod is focused on beautifying the game – we have support for higher resolutions, sharper textures and improved vehicle models, and revitalized city with increasing traffic. There's a new lighting system and the game received an improved interface and was cleared of many bugs.
If the above modification does not meet your expectations, I suggest you take a look at the ENB configurations – they give a big boost to the graphics, but are less stable than standard mods. A good example is MMGE 3 – McFly's Magnum Opus.
