August is a month that usually goes below the charts. The dog days may be in full swing, but by some miracle, there's room for some really interesting releases. So, no one should complain about nothing to play during the summer break!

I honestly admit I consider August overrated. Not because it lacks good games – you'll find it doesn't! There will be quite a few of them, and I wanted to use the summer time to do some catching up. From the beginning of the year, I have collected a considerable backlog, especially when it comes to indie games, so I have a hard nut to crack – what should I do here? I wish we only had such problems and dilemmas.

Do you know Hard West from 2015? It's a tactical turn-based strategy that reaped quite good scores seven years ago. Therefore, we can count that the continuation will be even better, reaching even more people this time. There has been a change of dev studio in the meantime, so who knows, and we're yet to learn how it will end up for Hard West 2.

Hard West 2 cranks up the atmosphere of the Wild West by adding some fantastic elements to it. The main character is an outlaw, and his gang of thugs robs a train wuth federal gold. The problem is that during the heist, while fighting for survival, we lose our soul. However, this is only the beginning of the adventure, and the decisions we make along the way will affect not only us, but also our companions.
