Celidor's Realistic Flashlight is a mod for S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Shadow of Chernobyl, created by Celidor.
Description:
Realistic flashlight. Much longer and wider light. Aiming for realism, this flashlight has longer range and a wider beam. The light can lead to you being noticed, especially if shone into enemies faces.
Installation
First of all to make mods work for this game if you haven't already:

1.) Navigate to your S.T.A.L.K.E.R. root directory, the place where you installed the game. (default: C:\Program Files\THQ\S.T.A.L.K.E.R. - Shadow of Chernobyl\)
2.) Open the file "fsgame.ltx" with a text editor such as Notepad, and edit the line:
$game_data$ = false| true| $fs_root$| gamedata\
... So that it looks like the one below:
$game_data$ = true| true| $fs_root$| gamedata\
All you have to do is change the first "false" in that line to "true".
3.) Drop the gamedata folder contained in the zip file into the root folder. There should be other folders like "bin", "Localization", and "mods" there too. If so that is the right place.

Uninstallation:
Simply remove the files you add during installation. Or simply rename gamedata in some way to disable the mod.
