Unzip the contents of the archive;
Then paste the files from the "Mount and Blade 2 SkittlesIonut 1" folder into the folder that contains your saves for Mount and Blade 2 (by default C:\Users\[User name]\Documents\ Mount and Blade II Bannerlord\Game Saves\Native).
