Escape from Despair is a mod for Half-Life 2, created by igor_merkulov.
Description:
This map is not part of Half-life world. It's about zombie apocalypse in the post-soviet country. Gameplay was inspired by survival-horrors like RE2, Evil Within. Level design was inspired by Dark souls.
Instructions:
Put the .bsp file into „..Steam\steamapps\common\Half-Life 2\hl2\maps”
Launch Half-Life 2, open console with “~” key and launch Mao by command:
map X
where „X” is the name of map (basically the name of the file witout the .bps extension)
