The postcard is on the bookcase. You can find it on the top floor of Norah's house. It is very visible, because it has a bright blue color. It stands out on a brown background.
At this point, you can get an achievement!
When you examine the can, you will receive an achievement - Greetings from Y'ha-nthlei!
