How to eavesdrop in order not to be caught in Assassin's Creed III Remastered? Assassin's Creed III Guide
Last update: 27 March 2019
Eavesdropping in Assassin's Creed 3 Remastered is necessary to complete some missions. Unfortunately, Connor can sometimes be uncovered and as a result, we can have some real problems. The following page of the guide, which discusses how to eavesdrop in order not to be caught, comes to your aid.
Eavesdropping starts when you approach a group of two or more characters to hear what they are saying to each other. In order to eavesdrop on your target, you need to be within range, which can sometimes be troublesome. Stationary targets require you to simply hide a piece from the enemy and wait for Connor to gather enough information.
Much more troublesome are mobile groups that require you to follow them and stay within range. You have to hide behind objects and avoid looking at enemies in order not to be detected. Detection usually interrupts the task and you have to repeat everything from a scratch. The most useful in eavesdropping is, among other things, melting into the crowd and jumping on the roofs. You also often have a lot of time to perform eavesdropping, so don't try to speed up some events and follow your target calmly. Also use bushes and haystacks wherever possible.
