The second extension to the famous postapocalyptic game Fallout: New Vegas, produced by Obsidian Entertainment in collaboration with Bethesda Softworks. The action of the supplement tells the story of an expedition to the unknown areas of the Zion national park in Utah, which ends unfortunate for our hero. To escape from the heat, we will travel through new terrains, get to know new characters, defeat completely new enemies, and gain new wrecks and levels of experience.

The add-on tells the story of a failed Cerberus experiment which was supposed to discover a way to communicate with the geth. Former chief of the project asks Shepard for help, when an aggressive AI takes control of his research station and tries to take over the surrounding computer systems.

Players take on the role of the demon killer Garcia Hotspura and set off on a crusade to hell. The game abounds in exciting clashes with hordes of beasts, which can be exterminated with a variety of weapons - from guns, through crossbows and rifles, and on elements of the environment.
