Strategy games. Victory depends here on player’s strategy and tactics. Main task is to control resources (e.g. troops, civil workers) in order to defeat an enemy or achieve some other goal. Tropico 2: Pirate Cove

Developed by Frog City Software team, the sequel to the popular Tropico economic strategy from 2001. Unlike its predecessor set in the 20th century, the game takes us to the 17th century and allows us to become the real ruler of the southern seas. We play the role of a pirate king, managing the base, hidden on one of the islands of a fictional archipelago. Our main task is to provide all the pirates' pleasures, such as food, wine, women, gold and gambling.
XCOM: Enemy Unknown

A science-fiction turn-based strategy game that came out as a reboot of the cult series, UFO: Enemy Unknown, launched back in 1994 by Microprose. This new title was created by Firaxis Games, a studio founded by Sid Meier. The story of XCOM: Enemy Unknown does not follow any of the plotlines started by its predecessors. Instead, it tells a new story of the war between humans and an aggressive alien race.
Anno 2070: Deep Ocean

Deep Ocean introduces a new civilization level, thanks to which the technological faction was enriched with a previously unavailable social class of geniuses.
Kingdom Rush Origins

The third installment in a series of popular tower defense games set in a fantasy world. Similar to the previous installments, the game was created by Ironhide. In terms of the plot, Kingdom Rush Origins is a prequel to the entire story presented in the series, set before the evil Vez'nan posed a threat to the country of the elves. The player's goal is to stop the evildoer by leading the armies through new locations: elven forests, magical kingdoms and ruins of an ancient metropolis.

An independent sandbox strategy game with both RPG and tower defense elements, inspired by such productions as Terraria, Dwarf Fortress, and the iconic Dungeon Keeper. Craft the World has been developed by Dekovir Entertainment. In the game, the players get to control a group of Dwarves tasked with erecting and defending a stronghold. In order to do this, they have to look for resources, construct diverse buildings, and (when necessary) fight enemy factions.
Disciples III: Renaissance

The new game comes not only with a new publisher, but also a new producer – a rather unknown studio of .dat, previously part of Akella corporation. Once again we are taken to the universe of Nevendaar, where the forces of good and evil clash. The developers prepared three playable factions: we can play as Empire, Legions of the Damned or Elven Alliance.

Commandos 3: Destination Berlin places you as the leader of a six-men squad of special soldiers, whom the fans know from the first game in the series. Each of them has unique skills and specialization. The game offers 20 varying missions, split into four mini-campaigns: London, Normandy, France and Germany, and Stalingrad.
