Legend:

[1] - starting position

Capture sector Center (3)

You are starting in [1]. Create army consists of: 8 tanks T-80, some recon vehicles and two gunships. Take group and start moving north eliminate all encounter enemies. When you get nearby city in Center sector [2] don't attack enemies inside town but detect them using recon groups and eliminate them from distance (you can also use infantry to capture town or use artillery to enervate opponent's defense). When area is clear capture it with command car.

Defend sector Center (2)

Now you will have to hold the city for some time. It's a good moment to buy tanks (you should have 3-4 full panzer groups). Place two groups on the western hill. From that point you will be able to shooting down enemies who tries to cross both bridges [3], [4] (picture below).

Place some tanks near town because enemy can attack you from east and from south. It's good idea to buy 2 supply choppers and 4 Flakpanzers and send them to army near town. In some moment you will be attacked by enemy choppers so destroy them with AA weapon or wait until they come close to tanks in forest (picture below). After few minutes enemy's assault will stop.

Free captured soldiers (1) - additional

Soldiers are in the building [3] beyond western bridge. Eliminate all enemies in the area (you can use choppers but watch out on infantry with rockets). If they hide in the building shoot it down by tanks or artillery. When you complete this task you will gain control over few infantry squads.

Clear enter area to the refinery (3)

After attack quickly regroup army. It should consists of: 4 full panzer groups, few recon vehicles, 2 gunships, 2 supply helicopters and 4 Flakpanzers. Move them across western bridge [3]. In the meantime you can send to the town some tanks and artillery. Back to your army, move them across hill and start heading toward lowland [5] (avoid road on the east) in front of the forest. After a while enemy will attack you from north and east. On the first line place your tanks and behind them rest of the army and supply choppers which will constantly resupply units. With this tactic (you can also reinforce main units with artillery) you will quickly beat opponents. In some moment enemy chopper will income, destroy them with your AA (picture below).

Resupply army and start heading toward your aim [6]. Use recon vehicles and choppers to detect enemies and eliminate them with tanks. Be careful near forests where opponents is hiding lots of units (picture below). If enemy will hide between trees don't chase him, instead wait until he will get out. When you get rid of the all opponents in the area the mission will end.

Complete the last task in less than 30 minutes (4) - additional

You have to complete mission in less than 30 minutes. If you capture sector Center and counter enemy offensive in 16-17 minutes you should accomplish this task without any problems if you read description of main task (Clear enter area to refinery) above. The most important is to attack western flank (through bridge, hill and lowland) without getting into fight with enemy units on the road.
