After reaching the square leading to the gate, the bottle can be found at the top of the first pillar [#2] you see.

The last Bottle can be found on the Brandenburg gate, right beside the statue [#3].

In the tunnel marked with the letter "U" [#1], beside which two soldiers were stationed - right at the beginning of the mission.
