It's another mission in which you have to destroy the car of participant of the underground races. You have a little time to find him and the road on the map changes without a sense. When you'll be driving a wide road to the Aberdeen, turn the first downhill right and then drive to the very shore, by the point shown on the map. On the left you have a window through which you can jump and get to the car.

Firstly smash enemies standing around the car and then pick up the crowbar from the trunk and destroy the car. It ends the mission.
