Getting all 1000 points shouldn't prove very difficult. Playing the first time, complete the game in the standard manner - gather all Serums, Photos and Drawings and try to achieve No Dogs Allowed. Then change difficulty to Hard, start again and find the Laser Pistol. With that weapon the game gets ultra easy so you can easily achieve all endings. Simply save the game before the scene with dying mother and try all combinations to get all endings.

25	Rising Tension	For finding a Circular Saw - you have to play again and take the saw from the garage in Shepherd House.
25	Science Fiction	For finding a Laser Pistol (you have to finish the game with No Dogs Allowed ending and take this pistol from Josh's room in Shepherd's House).
10	Shades of James	For killing your first Siam.
10	Sightseeing	For finding your first Photo.
50	Six Feet Under	For destroying Sepulcher.
50	Smile!	For finishing the game with this ending (look at the Endings chapter).
10	Split Personality	For killing your first Schism.
100	The Old Gods	For finishing the game in Hard mode.
10	To the Point	For killing your first Needler.
