World of Warcraft: Classic - Queues for Queues, Queues Everywhere
The launch of WoW: Classic didn't go well. There was no shortage of willing players, but there was no place for all of them. Even before the start, everyone stood in a gigantic queue for servers, and then it only got worse.
The launch of World of Warcraft: Classic is behind us. There were many emotions and endless lines. As it turns out, the mistake was made by those who thought that the players would lose their original interest in Classic after a short while and let go of futile attempts to get on the servers. The second day, the situation got even worse. Right next to the queues for quests and games there were queues for queues.
As absurd as all this sounds, it's a fact. The players started to report a rather unusual phenomenon. In World of Warcraft: Classic there are queues to the game login screen. One had to wait in order to be able to make an attempt to enter the world of WoW and stand in the queue again - this time much longer. But that's not all.
Queues also appeared during the game subscription purchase procedure. Users report that an immediate renewal of the subscription - as has been the case up to now - is not possible. There's a whole bunch of errors. There are many topics on Blizzard's forum that talk about money being collected but accoumt remaining inactive or being unable to buy a subscription at all.
Users seem to be unaffected by the situation. Of course, nerves often appear, but the vast majority approach it with stoicism and are glad that their favorite game has finally regained its popularity.
The only thing that would be useful in all of this would be for Blizzard to finally do soemthing with thiss mess and make the Classic playable and available to anyone who wants to play.
