Delta Force PC Open Beta has started today. So, everyone interested can freely download the title and enjoy the gameplay. The return after 15 years turned out to be far from perfect. Players complain about technical issues like crashes, lags and stuttering. As if that wasn't enough, the game also has no promised controller support.

When to Expect Controller Support in Delta Force?

Using controllers in FPS is quite a controversial topic. For many people who are used to the mouse and keyboard, this is far too imprecise. On the other hand, we have console players that are experienced in using gamepads.

It’s not surprising that there are also numerous proponents of using controllers on PC. Unfortunately, there are many games that don’t support this functionality. Delta Force is one of them.

Don’t worry, though. Developers are actively working to implement this feature, as one of the creators assured on Steam. The precise date is unknown yet. However, on the official Discord server one of the moderators stated that this feature will be added to the game simultaneously with the release of console versions.

As you may remember, the mobile and console ports were supposed to be released by the end of this year. Unfortunately, these ports were delayed. The latest information suggest that they will be launched in Q1 2025. Specific day, however, wasn’t revealed yet. So, if you want to play Delta Force on a controller, you must be patient and wait for future updates.
