Watch Dogs Legion Multiplayer Mode Delayed Again
Watch Dogs Legion owners on all consoles and Google Stadia will wait a little over 2 weeks for the release of the multiplayer mode. PC users must arm themselves with even more patience.
Less than 2 weeks ago, we reported that multiplayer mode for Watch Dogs: Legion would launch on March 9, 2021. However, the game's devs announced that they are forced to delay the release of the multiplayer mode on all platforms due to several issues.
For PlayStation, Xbox, and Google Stadia, the date has been changed to March 23, 2021. The reason is the game crashing in tactical missions. The PC version also has stability issues, especially with several GPUs. However, in contrast to the other platforms, the new release date was not specified. The devs promise that they will announce it when they manage to deal with the bugs.
This is the second time the developers have decided to make such a move. Originally, the multiplayer for Watch Dogs: Legion was supposed to launch on December 3, 2020, but then it was decided to change the date because the devs wanted to focus on fixing the biggest issues in the single-player mode.
Watch Dogs: Legion was released on PC, PS4, Xbox One and Google Stadia on October 29, 2020. On the other hand, it hit the ninth-gen consoles on their release date - November 10 on Xbox Series X/S and November 12 on PS5.
