If you would like to jump into medieval-fantasy world where you can battle other players in fierce combat, you can try Warhaven that entered Early Access on Steam. As the title offers only multiplayer mode, it is always better to join the fray with friends than fighting alone. It cannot be easier due to the fact that this production features a free-to-play business model meaning that everyone can at least try it out. The problem may start if you and your friends are using different platforms to play. Does Warhaven feature cross platform and what is more, does it support crossplay? Cross platform and crossplay in Warhaven

The question about Cross platform and crossplay is essential for a free-to-play game like Warhaven, where many people may want to give it a try with their friends to have a good time together.

Crossplay is tightly connected with cross platform feature as without the latter, the first one basically cannot exist. Cross platform would mean that the game is available for many devices like PC, Xbox, and PlayStation. So far, as the time of title’s Early Access period, it is available only for PCs.

It has been revealed just recently by the creators, that the game will be coming to PS5 and XSX/S. However, in the announcement trailer, it was not specified when exactly we can expect the title on those consoles. We may speculate that it will be no sooner than the release of the full game. According to Steam card, Warhaven will be in Early Access until early 2024.

While, as we can see, there are plans to release Warhaven on other platforms, it is still unclear whether the developers will decide to include crossplay feature. We have to wait for some official information.
