Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves Collection PS5 Release Date; New Details
We got to know the price and release date of Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves Collection on PS5. PC owners will have to wait a bit longer.
The official PlayStation blog published long-awaited details about the upcoming PS5 and PC remaster set called Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves Collection. The entry reads that the set will be released on January 28, 2022. Unfortunately, for now it is scheduled only for PlayStation 5.
No information on specs or a release date for the PC version has been provided at this time. The only thing that remains is to add the title to your wishlist on Steam or Epic Games Store. By the way, we can also watch the latest trailer of the title.
The bad news is certainly that the refreshed Uncharted set will not receive a multiplayer option. We will be able to play only in single-player mode. The good news are shortened loading times and full support for DualSense controller's functions. We will have three visuals modes at our disposal:
- Performance Mode at 1080p and 120fps;
- Performance Mode at 60 fps;
- Fidelity Mode at 4K resolution and 30 fps.
The game has been priced at $49.99 Owners of Uncharted 4: A Thief's End, Uncharted: The Lost Legacy or Uncharted 4 & The Lost Legacy Digital Bundle on PS4 can get the update to the refreshed version for $10.
At the same time, Sony removed Uncharted 4 and Uncharted: The Lost Legacy for PS4 from the PlayStation Store. This makes it theoretically impossible to get the remasters cheaper with the update. Thankfully, the option to buy the boxed edition remains.
