Far Cry 6 at Ubisoft Forward This June?
We've learned the date of Ubisoft's next digital conference, Ubisoft Forward, where we'll learn new information about the French company's current and future games.
Ubisoft announced on Twitter the date of the next Ubisoft Forward conference. We will learn new news about the French publisher's games on June 12 at 12:00 PM PT. As with the previous two editions, the event will be held exclusively online.
It's hard to say what we can expect from Ubisoft's show. I will not risk too much if I write that the company will show some gameplay footage from Far Cry 6 and give a new release date for the title. There will probably also be fresh information about upcoming content for the company's already released games - the Bloodline expansion for Watch Dogs: Legion, the Siege of Paris expansion for Assassin's Creed: Valhalla and the fall update for Ghost Recon: Breakpoint.
The announcement of the next Assassin's Creed is very unlikely - though the French company may surprise us and at least tease the next installment - but a few new things should appear, including: Skull & Bones, Beyond Good & Evil 2, RS Quarantine, as well as smaller games like Just Dance 2022, Riders Republic or Roller Champions. Who knows, maybe we'll even see an announcement of a new Splinter Cell? For now, the only thing left for us to patiently wait through the next two months.
Ubisoft's show will be part of E3 2021, which will be held online on June 12-15. In addition to the company, we can expect companies such as Microsoft (Xbox), Nintendo, Take-Two Interactive, Capcom, Konami, Warner Bros. Games, and Koch Media to take part in the fair. Signed with the slogan "Game On", the event is to be broadcast on social media, as well as YouTube and Twitch. Access to the streams will be free of charge.
