Try Out Apex Legends in Third-Person Mode
Until January 20 you can play Apex Legends in third-person mode. All this is for a special event in the game, thanks to which every two days users are given a different variant of the game to test.
Respawn Entertainment, the devs of Apex Legends, have decided to enter the new year with a bang. On January 9 they launched Grand Soiree Arcade Event, where they provide users with a different mode of play every two days (rotational). This enables Apex Legends players to gain experience and new cosmetic items. The studio has just launched the possibility to play in third-person perspective mode (TPP) and boasted about it via Twitter.
Admittedly, gaming in TPP feels great. The heroes' models look good, you can have more satisfaction from the skins that you have been amassing for months (you can watch them all the time on the screen), and most of all, your field of vision increases. Unfortunately, according to the rules of the event, this mode will only be playable until January 20. So if you want to try it, we advise you to hurry.
Of course, it would be the best if this mode were to be permanently available in game. The ability to switch from first- to third-person view would make the game a little bit more interesting. This is what we know from Battlefront. Unfortunately, the devs did not mention such plans anywhere. Let's remind that Apex Legends is a free-to-play title released on February 4, 2019 on PC, Xbox One and PlayStation 4.
