Travis Strikes Again No More Heroes Goes to PC and PS4
Grasshopper Manufacture has announced that it will port the action game Travis Strikes Again: No More Heroes to PC and PlayStation 4. This will be the first installment of the No More Heroes series, which will hit the PCs.
In January this year, Travis Strikes Again: No More Heroes, a new installment of the Japanese action game series, debuted on Nintendo Switch. Now the devs at Grasshopper Manufacture have announced that the game will be ported to PC and PlayStation 4. It will be the debut of the No More Heroes series on PCs.
This information was disclosed during a panel at MomoCon. No release date and concrete details were given, although it was promised that we would not have to wait long for them. It is worth noting that the Steam logo appears in the picture, so we know at least that the PC edition will go to Valve's platform.
Let's remind that Travis Strikes Again: No More Heroes appeared on Nintendo Switch on January 18, this year. The game met with a mixed reception, which is a tradition in the case of a game designed by Suda 51, and has an average rating of 67% on Metacritic.
It is worth noting that today's news is another manifestation of the trend of porting games designed by Suda 51 to PCs. Initially, the games from this dev were available only on consoles, but a few years ago it began to change. In 2014, Killer is Dead hit the PC, and in 2016, PC gamers received The Silver Case, a refreshed version of a 90s adventure game. The second of these projects met with such a warm reception that a remastered edition of the sequel, in the form of the mobile The 25th Ward: The Silver Case, was developed. Last year Killer7 and Let it Die were ported to PCs.
