NetEase, Creative Assembly and Sega announced Total War Battles: Warhammer - a mobile installment of the iconic strategy game series, set in the famous fantasy universe. The game will be available on devices with iOS and Android systems. The first trailer, posted below, was also presented.
Total War Battles: The Warhammer will be a strategy in which we will deal with tactical management of units in battles, as well as with managing fractions in macro scale (e.g. conducting diplomacy). The game modes have not been officially confirmed, but the description indicates that we will face other players. It is worth noting that the game is powered by the Unreal Engine technology (while not an engine associated with strategy games, it is known for its flexibility).
Total War Battles: The Warhammer doesn't have a release date set for the time being, but the creators have announced that closed beta-tests will start soon. If you're interested in them (or just the title itself), we recommend observing the game's official website and joining its channel on Discord.
