Today we will watch gameplay trailer for Split Fiction, new game from It Takes Two and A Way Out creators
Today we will see a new trailer for the game Split Fiction. This time the developers from Hazelight studio will focus on the gameplay.
Hazelight studio's games strongly stand out from the competition with their originality. Developers consistently create games with only two-player cooperation in mind, and what's more - they do it great.
Both A Way Out and It Takes Two were very warmly received by players (the latter even won the Game of the Year award at the TGA 2023), so it's no wonder that many people are also waiting for Split Fiction.
The excitement is further fueled by a new game trailer presenting the gameplay, announced by Electronic Arts. The video will be published at 9:00 a.m. PT on YouTube. The publisher also included a signature suggesting that once again, just like with It Takes Two, we are in for a wildly diverse adventure.
One moment you're flying with dragons, and the next you're falling into space.
Split Fiction was revealed during The Game Awards 2024. The title tells the story of two writers - Mio and Zoe - who, after connecting to a certain machine, become trapped in the worlds of their own works. It's worth noting that one specializes in fantasy, and the other in science-fiction. From this moment on, their main quest will be to get outside, which forces them to cooperate.
In Split Fiction, the action will be observed from a TPP perspective, and the gameplay will focus on cooperation. Similar to previous Hazelight studio titles, we traverse various locations where we have to solve environmental puzzles and overcome arcade challenges.
Split Fiction is heading to PC, PS5, and XSX/S, with the game's release scheduled for March 6.
