Throne and Liberty - Find Soul Arbiter and Circe for Abyssal Contract

It is fun to admire well-crafted, awe inducing landscapes, but getting lost in a maze is suddenly not that interesting and can be frustrating. Throne and Liberty is no exception and can be sometimes tricky to navigate. If you are trying to locate Soul Arbiter and Circe for Abyssal Contract, you are not the only one. Soul Arbiter location in Throne and Liberty
The events in Throne and Liberty take place in a region called Solisium. In this vast and colorful environment, it is not hard to lose track. Why not use a guide to get you from one point to another? The catch is, you have to find the guide first, and it comes in the form of Soul Arbiter. This spectral creature will help you out completing the Abyssal Contract, so let’s locate it first.
To do that, you need to find your way to Carmine Forest. This thicket is placed nearly in the middle of the map, just a bit south from its center. There, you will see a waypoint standing in the middle of a peninsula-like formation, surrounded by a horseshoe-shaped lake. From there, travel to the south side of this reservoir and look for an enemy called Syleus’s Undead Soul Arbiter amidst hordes of spiders. Warning for people with arachnophobia! Disposing of the Soul Arbiter will spawn a whisp-like critter labelled Syleus’s Undead Soldier’s Soul.
Circe location in TaL
Once you have gained yourself a guide, follow the Soldier’s Soul. This whisp will meander through the Carmine Forest slowly, letting you stay close. After a while, Soldier’s Soul will lead you to a new location – Syleus’s Abyss.
Circe is right east from the waypoint stone, guarding the stairway leading to the Syleus’s Abyss dungeon. Don’t go into the dungeon itself, though! Due to the nature of the MMORPGs, there might have been players who have just recently dealt with Syleus’s Witch Circe. It is nothing unusual, hence you should wait a couple of minutes for this enemy to respawn and complete this part of the quest.
