The Witcher: Monster Slayer Launches This Summer, Early Access Coming Soon

We know the approximate release date for the mobile RPG The Witcher: Monster Slayer. Some internet users will have the opportunity to test the game a little earlier thanks to the pre-release tests.

CD Projekt Group confirmed today, in a video presenting the company's financial results for 2020, that the latest game in The Witcher universe - The Witcher: Monster Slayer - will be available on Android and iOS devices this summer. The title is an RPG using AR technology (like Pokemon GO), in which we will be able to play as monster hunters that roam the real world.

Shortly after the announcement, Spokko Games, a company owned by CDPR and responsible for the development of Monster Slayer, published an announcement. It provided the aforementioned release date of the game, and informed about the opening of sign-ups for all those who would like to test the title in early access on Android (although, for now, it is not known when exactly it will start).

Signup for the tests can be made via the game's official website (here). In order to successfully submit a request, it is necessary to have an account on Google Play Store. What about users of iOS devices? The developers claim that they too will have the opportunity to sign up for early access, although it will only work for Apple device owners in certain locations around the world (not specified).
