We have to wait a long time for the new Sims, but on July 25 The Sims 4 will receive another expansion - this time focusing on love. Lovestruck will debut on PC (Steam, Origin and Epic Games Store) as well as PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X/S consoles.

By purchasing the expansion by September 5 will allow you to get bonus items: "Cry Me a River" eyeliner, "Herbert Heart" plushie and the "Basic Breakup" double bed. The expansion costs USD 39,99 (currently, all older expansions are available on sale).

If anyone had any doubts about this, the expansion will focus on enriching the Sims' love experiences. The game will get a new city with three districts, as well as the Cupid's Corner application, where you will be able to create a dating profile. This will allow for planning "hotter" dates with the new system, determine what attracts and throws off your Sim, and access romantic skills.

The fans are probably not overly thrilled with the addition. At least not those playing on PC, where fan modifications have long ago added a lot of options related to romance (including the naughtier ones; via Reddit). However, Lovestruck will finally allow you to enjoy similar features on consoles. Plus, everyone will get a new city to explore.

Another issue is that fans are not sure if these new features justify the expansion's rather high price.
