The Sims 4 Snowy Escape Launches in Less Than a Month

Electronic Arts has revealed the first details of the upcoming expansion pack for The Sims 4, titled Snowy Escape, which was announced yesterday. A short trailer was also presented, revealing the official release date.

Yesterday, Electronic Arts announced a new expansion pack for The Sims 4, Snowy Escape. Today the first details about the expansion were revealed and a short trailer was shown. The DLC's launch is scheduled for November 13 on PC (Origin and Steam), Xbox One and PlayStation 4.

The biggest new feature of the pack is the Japan-inspired mountain village of Mt. Komorebi. It's the first mixed world to enable us to go on holidaysand move there permanently. In the winter season, there's also be a lot of activities, such as skiing, sledding, and hiking.

The expansion also introduces a number of novelties related to the sims themselves. Among them, there are 130 items available in character creation mode, with the help of which we can change character appearance. There will also be two options that will significantly affect their personality, a lifestyle that modifies behavioral habits and feelings that determine relationships between characters and available interactions based on previous experiences.

The expansions for The Sims 4 have recently caused much controversy. In September, EA released Journey to Batuu, which introduced Star Wars instead of the changes desired by the community.
