The Outer Worlds Gets Steam Release Date

Obsidian Entertainment announced the release date of the FPP RPG The Outer Worlds on Steam. The game will debut on Valve's store later this month.

Obsidian Entertainment revealed the official release date of The Outer Worlds on Steam. The title will appear on Steam on October 23, 2020. We would like to remind that the game has so far been available on PC only through Epic Games and Microsoft stores.

The Outer Worlds is a first-person RPG created by Obsidian Entertainment and published by Private Division (Take-Two Interactive branch). The title made its debut on October 25, 2019 on PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One, and in June this year, it was also released on the Nintendo Switch console.

A month ago, The Outer Worlds received its first major DLC Peril on Gorgon, adding a whole new area for exploration, as well as a storyline dedicated to the catastrophic research on Adrena-Time, a drug used to increase worker productivity in the colony. In the first half of 2021 the game is to receive another DLC, titled Murder on Eridanos.
