A new gameplay from The Outer Worlds was shown on Tokyo Game Show 2019.

During this year's Tokyo Game Show, Obsidian Entertainment presented almost 20-minute gameplay from The Outer Worlds - a science fiction RPG. It focuses on the early phase of the game.

The video shows the basic gameplay mechanics, based on the example of story quests available early in the game. You can see exploration (even at the expense of avoiding quest objectives), the equipment management and melee combat. There was also room for several conversations with NPCs. In this case, you will see that some dialogues are omitted. It is worth noting that although the subtitles in the available material are in Japanese, all conversations are conducted in English.

The Outer Worlds will be launched on the market on October 25, 2019. The game is coming to PC (only on Epic Games Store and Microsoft Store), PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. Later, the title will also hit Nintendo Switch.
